10th Year – Sunday Farmer’s Market – New Baltimore’s Waterfront Kicks off Tomorrow


New Baltimore Farmers MarketIt’s here ~ the OPENING DAY CELEBRATION of the 10th Annual Season of the New Baltimore Farmers Market Sunday June 4 … Come by boat! to the free public docks or by car to this charming strolling village on the shore of Lake St. Clair’s Anchor Bay.

Stop and shop with dozens of weekly market vendors while listening to live music (see below for tomorrow’s vendor list).  Participate in the Annual Opening Day Market Bag Giveaway, the Kick-off of the Dahlia Challenge, a Kids Planting Activity, along with many other great features including the “Buy Nearby Guy!”

Shop the market, then stroll the many unique downtown New Baltimore boutiques… Enjoy breakfast, brunch, or lunch at Little Camille’s or Fin’s Restaurant and indulge in the Sunday Bloody Mary Bar.

The New Baltimore Farmers Market is a community driven project whose purpose is to provide a link to local foods, farmers, and artisans, with supportive access to fresh foods for all consumers, while educating, sharing and encouraging the health and economic benefits of local foods, entrepreneurship, and activities with partnerships and volunteers from the Macomb/ St. Clair County areas.

The Sunday markets will be held from June 4 through October 22 (closed for Fishfly Festival June 25) with many special events as shown below:
