Early Start to Ice Fishing Season on Lake St. Clair

My rule of thumb for a “normal” winter is that ice fishing usually starts the week between Christmas and New Year’s.  Good news!  It is well underway on Bouvier Bay and many canals around the lake.  Here are a few aerial photos taken by our friend Peter Dugdale yesterday of the popular ice fishing areas around Lake St. Clair.
