Water Aerobics at Lake St. Clair Metropark!

Tuesday/Thursday August 1 –  August 17.

Come enjoy the fresh air in our outdoor aquatic fitness class held at the Lake St. Clair pool.  This total body water fitness session will help tone and tighten all your trouble areas.  Intensity and impact can be varied on an individual basis.

Classes may include the use of aquatic equipment for a greater workout experience.  An excellent workout for all fitness levels!  Bring a towel and drinking water to class.  Class will be weather determined.  Class Fee includes pool entry for the participant for the day.

Ages: 18+

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  Must vacate pool by 11 am.

Cost: $80 per session
