Batter Up Waffle Company is open Wednesday - Sunday (winter Fri/Sat/Sunday)!  We are located next to the Fair Haven DNR Launch ramp attached to The Griffin fine dining dinner restaurant!  Full traditional breakfast, waffle delicacies sweet & savory, along with quick carry out & Grab-n-Go!

Created in 2017, we specialize in “Liege Waffles” both sweet and savory.
This “unique Belgian batter” can hold up a sandwich and is also a perfect dessert plate!

NOT JUST WAFFLES! Traditional eggs, omelettes, pancakes along w/Smash Burgers and other luncheon items are on the menu!

Convenient for the boaters & fishermen at the adjacent Fair Haven Launch ramp, we are open from 6am-2pm Wednesday - Sunday.   Large waffle variety including the traditional Chicken & Waffles, or try something new such as our Nashville Hot Chicken or Turkey Club Monte Cristo.

The Batter Up Waffle at Cove Cafe is sister restaurant to The Griffin on Lake St. Clair's waterfront.  You may take carry out meals and enjoy the waterside patio of the Griffin during our 6am-2pm hours.
